CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

At Inkroot Studio, we value your time and commitment, and we understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s our policy to help make the process smooth and fair for everyone:

Workshop & Course Cancellations

By Participant:

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the workshop/course start time will receive a 100% refund or the option to transfer the booking to a future session.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the start time will be non-refundable, but we may allow rescheduling on a case-by-case basis.

  • No-shows will not be eligible for any refund or rescheduling.

By Inkroot Studio:

In the rare case of cancellation from our side (due to low enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, etc.), participants will receive a full refund or can opt for a rescheduled session.

Product Orders (Artworks & Merchandise)

Once an order is placed and confirmed, cancellation is not allowed unless the product is out of stock or unavailable.

We take utmost care in packaging and delivery. However, if you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence for a replacement or refund.

Refund Policy

All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
